How to use the law of attraction to manifest
Step 1: Get specific
The first step in using the law of attraction to manifest your desires is to get specific about your desires. What is it that you truly want? And be honest with yourself about your desires. Ask yourself if what you are wanting to manifest is truly something you desire.
Once you know what you truly desire it’s time to get specific about that desire. You can get as detailed or as general as you want when manifesting but if you are not specific your desires can come with unwanted baggage or things that you did not foresee.
For example, in my senior year of college, I knew I wanted to move to beach town after graduation and work a new job that paid more than my current job at the time.
In the end, I did end up moving to a beach town and getting a new job BUT it was not the town or job that I truly desire and I was somewhat unhappy. That’s when I realized I wasn’t specific enough when I begin to manifest my desires.
To truly manifest what I desired I should have known which beach town I wanted to live in and what kind of job I wished to do. But instead, I was general with my desires and yes I got what I asked for but It was not what I truly desired.
So the first step in truly getting what you want is to get specific.
Step 2: Pick your manifestation method
There is no right or wrong way to manifest. Depending on the person some manifestation techniques work faster or better than others.

How to use words of affirmation:
Words of affirmations work well for creating a healthy and positive mental space for yourself. When working with the law of attraction it is important to keep your thoughts and emotions aligned with your desires.
To use words of affirmation you’ll need to create a list of statements that match your desires. For example, if you want a new partner your affirmations would be along the lines of “I love my new partner, they are the sweetest” or “My new partner treats me like a Queen”.
It is good practice to keep a list of affirmations that align with your desires. You do not have to have 100 affirmations to manifest your desires. 2-5 affirmations is enough to get the job done just to make sure the affirmations are true to what you really want.
How to use Visualization
What is visualization? Visualization is the practice of creating a mental image of your desired outcome(s). We love to think of visualization as daydreaming. When you daydream you think about all those desires you wish you had and you get lost in your thoughts thinking about them. Visualization is similar to this
With visualization, you’ll need to know what you desire and then picture yourself having that desire. When visualizing it is important to get deep with your images and other senses. For example, if you are wanting to manifest a specific person you would need to see yourself with that person and do activities with them that align with what you want.
To make your visualization stronger you’ll need to do more than just see yourself with them you’ll need to be able to smell them and actually feel how their touch would feel as if they are right beside you. The trick to making visualization as powerful as possible is to involve as many of your senses as possible.
Visualization works great if you have a vivid imagination and love creating stories in your head. Just make sure your vision matches up with what you truly want.
How to journal or script for manifesting
Scripting is another really powerful manifesto on technique. Scripting is so powerful because when you write things down you unconsciously leave an imprint on your brain about whatever you’ve just written. Scripting is also powerful because it’s almost like using more than one manifesto on technique.
With scripting, you can easily combine it with words of affirmations or visualization.
Scripting using words of affirmations is picking your affirmations and writing them a few times a day until you feel satisfied with your practice. Scripting using visualization is writing a story that matches your desires. For example, if I wanted a specific person to text me on a regular basis I would write ;
Omg, _ texts me good morning every day. I just know he/she thinks about all of me the time.

Step 3: Detachment
After you have gotten specific about your desires and picked your manifestation technique, it is time to detach.
Why do you need to detach? Detaching from your manifestation gives your manifestation time and space to manifest. If you don’t detach from your manifestations you are likely to begin to obsess over when and how your manifestation will happen.
Obsessing over your manifestation can be one of the worse things you can do when you are trying to manifest. You need to give your manifestation time to happen and not worry about the details of how it will happen.
It is important to always tell yourself that even if you can’t see your manifestation right now things are always moving around behind the scenes to bring you your desires.
